TRADE PROGRAM
Sommer currently offers trade customers a 10% flat discount, rental options, as well as assistance with custom orders and alternative shipping methods. Upon approval of your application, you will receive a discount code that can be redeemed on our website at any time.
PURCHASES
We offer an unlimited 10% flat discount on all trade orders with no minimum purchase requirement. To redeem the discount, simply enter the trade discount code at checkout along with the email address associated with your account. Please note that trade discounts cannot be combined with other product promotions.
MEMO/RENTALS
Most items from our collection are available to rent for trade related and styling purposes. Our standard memo period is up to one week (7 days) with a 25% non-refundable rental fee charged per each week of the loan period.
In the case that an item(s) from your memo is purchased, the difference or remainder in trade price (10% off) will be due upon the return of your memo order. To proceed with a rental, visit us in store or email us a list of items you are interested in along with the desired duration and we will send you a payment link to reserve the items.
Please note that any late returns and/or returns that are not in original/salable condition will be invoiced based on the current trade price of the item(s).
SPECIAL ORDERS
If something is not in stock or you are interested in a product collaboration, we are happy to work with you on a special order. We love to assist with commissions, custom orders, and more.
SHIPPING
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and orders of $200+ ship free of charge within the domestic contiguous United States. If you require expedited shipping or other transit options that are not reflected at checkout, please contact us and we will arrange custom shipping for your order.
TAX EXEMPTION
We offer tax exemption for California resale certificate holders. Simply email us a copy of your resale license along with the items you wish to purchase.
