Founded in 1925 in Thor Bjørklund’s carpentry workshop, Bjørklund 1925 is a century-old Scandinavian manufacturer and inventor of the world’s first patented cheese slicer. A Scandinavian kitchen essential that is now produced worldwide, Bjørklund remains the original manufacturer of this Nordic staple and continues to craft all of their products in Norway.
