Daphnis and Chloe was established in 2013 in a small workshop located under the Acropolis Hill of Athens. With a desire to share the rich diversity of native Mediterranean herbs that were little known in the rest of the world, Daphnis and Chloe works closely with small organic farms across Greece to curate and source the highest-quality culinary herbs and spices.
