Olio Nuovo by Erah of Inez. Olio Nuovo, meaning “new oil,” is the brightest expression of olive oil there is. Bottled just hours after pressing, this olive oil is bold and vibrant, with all of its active enzymes (and therefore antioxidants) still intact. Best enjoyed drizzled on crudo, grilled vegetables, or warm bread. Only a limited amount of bottles were produced, making it extra special for gifting season.
