Shipping
We ship worldwide via UPS. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during busier periods our dispatch times may increase.
We offer complimentary shipping for orders of $150+ within the domestic contiguous US. For all other orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Kindly note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes and a physical street address must be provided.
For international orders please take into consideration that our pricing does not include any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed upon arrival in the destination country. If incurred, these will be the customer's responsibility and Sommer cannot be held liable.
Rentals
Most items from our collection are available to rent/memo for trade related and styling purposes. Our standard memo period is up to 5 days. A non-refundable 25% rental fee is charged per each item for each 5 day loan period. To proceed with a rental, please email us a list of items you are interested in along with the desired dates and we will reserve the available pieces for you. You may also visit our shop and pull items in person. For larger rental orders, a processing fee may also apply.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Eligible orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds at this time. Eligible items must be returned with their original packaging/tags and in unused and undamaged condition. For online orders, shipping costs are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to arrange for return shipping. Please ensure your items are safely repackaged; should the return arrive damaged or in unsaleable condition, we will not be able to accept your return.
Returns can be made in person at our shop or online by replying to your order confirmation email from hello@shopsommer.com. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Kindly note that sale items, taper candles, magazines, apothecary, and under garments are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
If your order has not yet shipped and you need to request a cancellation, kindly take into consideration that shipping costs and a 3% transaction fee are non-refundable and will be deducted from a refund in the form of store credit.
Please be sure to choose a secure location for the delivery of your shipments. Sommer is not responsible for delayed, stolen, or lost packages. If an issue does arise, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly as soon as possible.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send an email to hello@shopsommer.com with photos within 48 hours of the delivery so we can best assist you.
