Online orders may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date and in-store purchases can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or pick-up. We offer exchange or store credit only and cannot provide refunds at this time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and a return label will be provided at the customer's expense. Returns can be made in person at our shop or online by replying to your order confirmation email from hello@shopsommer.com. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Kindly note that sale items, taper candles, magazines, apothecary, and under garments are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
We do not offer price adjustments after a purchase is made and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
